طبيعة الخدمة

Masarak منصّة Software-as-a-Service بتوفّر أدوات لشركات الشحن. مسارك مش شركة شحن — مش بنخزّن، بنوصّل، أو بنحصّل أي شحنات. شركة الشحن المسجّلة هي اللي مسؤولة قانونياً عن العمليات اللوجيستية.

الاشتراك والدفع

Masarak تقدّم باقات شهرية (TRIAL / FREE / PRO / SCALE). الدفع شهري مقدم. إلغاء الاشتراك ممكن في أي وقت، والباقة بتفضل شغّالة لحد آخر الفترة المدفوعة.

الاستخدام المقبول

ممنوع استخدام Masarak في:

• توصيل بضايع مخالفة للقانون المصري
• الاستيلاء على بيانات تجار آخرين عن طريق نفس الإيميل
• تجاوز حدود الباقة بطرق إحتيالية
• أي محاولة لاختراق المنصّة أو تعطيلها

إلغاء الحساب

Masarak تحتفظ بحقّ إغلاق حساب مخالف بدون رد فلوس عن الفترة المتبقية. الإلغاء بإشعار 7 أيام إلا لو الانتهاك جسيم (احتيال، اختراق).

Nature of service

Masarak is a Software-as-a-Service platform for shipping companies. Masarak is NOT a shipping company — we do not store, deliver, or collect any shipments. The registered shipping company is legally responsible for logistics operations.

Subscription & payment

Masarak offers monthly plans (TRIAL / FREE / PRO / SCALE). Payment is monthly in advance. Cancellation is allowed at any time; the plan remains active through the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Prohibited uses of Masarak include:

• shipping goods that are illegal under Egyptian law
• scraping or appropriating other merchants' data via shared email
• circumventing plan limits through deceptive means
• any attempt to penetrate or disrupt the platform

Account closure

Masarak reserves the right to close a non-compliant account without refund for the remaining paid period. Cancellation requires 7 days notice unless the breach is severe (fraud, intrusion).
